Size Small: Suitable for women who have not given birth to a child or women up to the age of 25 years.
Size Large: Suitable for women who have given birth to a child or who are over 25 years old.

Instructions on how to use this cup:
1) Fold
Disinfect menstrual cup before every use.
Introduce menstrual cup with clean hands and while resting.
To facilitate introduction, you can moisten menstrual cup with water or water-based lubrication gel.
Fold menstrual cup two lines lengthwise and insert.
Upon proper insertion, menstrual cup unfolds fully.
2) Insert
You can try to turn menstrual cup slightly while holding its bottom part to ensure placement.
With the aid of your vaginal muscles, menstrual cup does not turn and remains in the same position.
Menstrual cup is placed low inside the vagina.
In its proper position, menstrual cup is placed in such a manner that no leaking should occur and there is no feeling of its presence in the body.
3) Use
Menstrual cup retains minimum 7.5 x 12 x 28ml of menstrual blood.
It is an ideal menstrual aid for all kinds of sports, travelling, or uncommon daily usage.
Menstrual cup can be used safely at night.
It can be used for up to 12 hours daily with replacement.
The stem design features raised bumps to allow you to grip the stem better for easier removal.
The strength of the silicone used has been chosen to achieve optimum flexibility.
4) Take Out, Empty And Rinse
Depending on the menstrual flow, empty menstrual cup approximately 2-5 times daily.
