Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a spice that comes from the branches of trees of the "Cinnamomum" family. 
It is from the Caribbean, South America, and Southeast Asia.
Cinnamon was highly prized and has been consumed since 2000 BC in Ancient Egypt.
In medieval times, doctors used cinnamon to treat conditions such as coughing, arthritis, and sore throats.
Some studies in laboratories and on animals have shown that cinnamon may have some health benefit properties.
Cinnamon is used to help for fungal infections, diabetes, alzheimer's disease, HIV, Multiple Sclerosis and etc.
It has antioxidant properties that help to lowering the negative effects of high fat meals and treating and healing chronic wounds.
