Directions:
1) To prepare a 230ml feeding, put 195ml of cold water in a glass.
2) Gradually add 6 level scoops (scoop enclosed) or 52.9g of Ensure powder, while stirring and mix until dissolved.
3) When mixed as directed, Ensure provides approximately 1 calorie per mL. A 850g can of powder yields approximately sixteen 230ml servings.
