• Povidone iodine 1% w/v
Equivalent to 0.1% w/v available Iodine.
Directions:
Betadine ready to use Sore Throat Gargle requires no dilution.
Pour Betadine Ready to use Sore Throat Gargle to the fill line of the measure cup provided (15ml) and gargle for 30 seconds.
Spit out the solution after gargling. Do not swallow. Repeat every 3-4 hours if necessary.
Warnings:
This gargle must be diluted before use; a convenient measure is included in the pack.
Always read the label.
It contains alcohol and sodium saccharin.
Do not to heat the solution. Follow the directions for use.
If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.This product is not intended for routine use as a breath freshener or mouthwash.

Do this even if there are no signs of discomfort or poisoning. You may need urgent medical attention.
